Take the Free Sales Assessment — Our short assessment helps you understand your unique strengths and fit for a high-performance sales career. You'll receive a detailed personality report — no commitment required.

Meet with a Sales Manager — Have a candid conversation with one of our local sales managers. Ask anything — about licensing, earnings, commissions, or what a typical week in sales looks like.
3.
Get Licensed — No Minesota Real Estate License yet? No problem. Edina Realty provides licensing education reimbursement and flexible class options — we'll get you selling fast.
4.
Join the Sales Team & Start Earning — From day one you'll have access to sales training, technology, leads, and a team of colleagues invested in your success. No prior real estate experience required — we'll handle the rest.
Requirements:
A Minesota Real Estate License is required to practice — but you don't need one to apply. If you have a background in sales, customer service, or business development, we want to talk to you. We'll help you get licensed.
Come ready to prospect daily, build client relationships, embrace sales technology, and attend coaching sessions. Everything else we'll teach you.
