We are a rapidly growing, state-of-the-art 503A compounding pharmacy dedicated to personalized medicine. We are cross-hiring for multiple positions. During our interview process, we will align you with the track that best fits your skill set and career goals:
Focus: Upfront prescription accuracy, clinical screening, and provider relations.
What you'll do: Review incoming prescriptions for clinical appropriateness, therapeutic crossovers, and formulation feasibility.
Key responsibility: Act as the first line of defense in quality assurance; proactively contact providers for clarifications on complex or off-label compounding formulations.
Focus: Final product verification, technology-driven workflow management, and logistics.
What you'll do: Manage high-volume verification queues using barcode verification systems and electronic health records.
Key responsibility: Perform the final clinical and technical check on completed compounds, ensuring absolute labeling precision, safety, and regulatory compliance before medication release.
Focus: Lab oversight, USP compliance, and technician mentorship.
What you'll do: Supervise cleanroom and non-sterile lab workflows, verify calculations for batch records, and ensure stringent adherence to USP <795>, <797>, and <800> standards.
Key responsibility: Guide pharmacy technicians through structured compounding protocols and troubleshoot equipment, formulation, or raw material variables.
Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE-accredited institution.
Licensure: Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the State of Kansas or Missouri (dual licensure is a major plus, or a willingness to obtain reciprocity).
Attributes: High attention to detail, a compliance-forward mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: While compounding experience (sterile or non-sterile) or familiarity with software like Pestle Rx, Compounder Rx, or Lifefile is preferred, we are open to speaking with individuals with other backgrounds.
No Retail Burnout: Say goodbye to insurance-driven drive-thrus and retail metrics. Focus purely on product quality and patient-centric customized therapies.
Competitive Compensation & Benefits: Robust health, dental, and vision packages, 401(k) matching, and generous PTO.
Professional Growth: Direct exposure to the frontier of functional medicine and advanced pharmaceutical technology.
