Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a well-organized store environment. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Provide product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store is appealing and organized.
- Stock shelves and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Utilize strong communication skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Provide printing services with a wide range of products.
- Package a range of customers items including fragile items.
