Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Industrial and Commercial Foreman/Electrician to lead electrical projects on construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. In this role, you will oversee electrical installation activities, supervise teams of electricians, and coordinate with project managers to meet project goals. Your expertise in electrical systems and site supervision will drive successful project completion while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards. Monday-Friday- 7:00 AM- 3:30 PM
(5) 8 hr days/ 40 hours week with possible Overtime

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electrical crews on construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to blueprints and schematics.
- Wearing tools and working along side crew.
- Read and interpret complex construction drawings, schematics, and technical manuals to guide installation processes.
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of electrical tasks.
- Manage daily site activities, including scheduling, time sheets, ordering materials, resource allocation, and quality control inspections using construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols by conducting regular safety meetings and site inspections.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work progress, and safety records; utilize tools like Ohmmeter for testing electrical circuits.
Skills
- Extensive experience in construction site supervision with a strong background in electrical systems installation.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and electrical troubleshooting using testing devices like Ohmmeter.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards relevant to electrical work on construction sites.
- Demonstrated management skills with supervising experience in fast-paced environments; ability to lead teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
