Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced food service environment, providing excellent customer service while ensuring smooth restaurant operations. Previous experience in food preparation, cashiering, or food service is preferred but not required. This position is essential in delivering a memorable dining experience for our guests and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to restaurant standards, ensuring quality and presentation
- Operate POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing guest needs promptly
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Ensure food safety standards are adhered to during food handling and preparation processes
- Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
Experience
- Previous experience in a quick service or fast-food restaurant, café, or retail environment is advantageous
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food industry best practices
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of sanitation standards, food safety protocols, and proper food handling procedures
