We are building a high-performance sales team focused on residential and commercial tree services, storm response, vegetation management, and exterior property solutions throughout the Nashville area.
Our reps do far more than knock doors. They build relationships, generate business, manage projects, and become trusted advisors for homeowners, builders, developers, and property managers.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Run pre-set company appointments with homeowners and property owners throughout the Nashville market
- Generate new business through canvassing, networking, referrals, and relationship building
- Build relationships with local home builders, developers, contractors, HOAs, and property managers
- Inspect properties and provide estimates for tree service and exterior property projects
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process
- Manage projects from signed contract through completion to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Coordinate with operations teams to keep projects running efficiently
- Consistently hit weekly sales goals and KPIs
The First 14 Days
Every new hire begins with a 14-day training and evaluation period.
During this time, reps focus heavily on canvassing, networking, learning our sales systems, and becoming comfortable speaking directly with homeowners and converting conversations into signed deals.
This trial period is designed to help you build confidence in the field while ensuring you are a strong fit for the role and company culture.
After successfully completing the first 14 days, reps begin receiving company-generated appointments and inbound leads in addition to self-generated opportunities.
We provide support, training, and opportunity — but we also maintain a high-performance standard. We’re looking for individuals who are coachable, driven, competitive, and serious about growing.
Compensation
- Base monthly pay
- Uncapped commissions paid weekly
- Monthly performance bonuses ranging from $2,000–$7,000+
- Minimum projected earnings of $100,000+ annually when weekly sales goals are consistently met
