Monday–Friday | Full-Time
We're looking for someone who isn't afraid of hard work, can stay organized under pressure, and knows how to get things done without being babysat.
This isn't a sit-around-and-scroll-your-phone office job. We need someone dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to handle the daily grind that keeps our operation moving.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer payments accurately
- Answer customer calls regarding auction items and auction-related questions
- Log and track auction information using spreadsheets
- Balance a cash drawer daily with accuracy and accountability
- Enter financial and customer data into QuickBooks Online
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Communicate directly with the Office Manager regarding daily operations, issues, and priorities
- Assist with general office duties as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable handling cash and balancing transactions
- Experience with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
- Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred
- Professional phone and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous office, bookkeeping, cashier, or administrative experience preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, full-time
