Job Management
● Manage assigned jobs from start to finish.
● Review jobs from the previous day and identify any follow-up items.
● Complete and review daily log sheets.
● Track job progress, crew hours, and materials used.
● Communicate job updates clearly to leadership, crews, and customers.
● Ensure each job has updated pictures throughout the process.
● Follow up on job issues, delays, customer concerns, or missing information.
● Make sure jobs stay organized and move forward according to schedule.
Customer Communication
● Meet with customers as needed before, during, and after the job.
● Keep customers updated throughout the project.
● Communicate expectations, timelines, job progress, and any changes.
● Represent the company professionally on every customer interaction.
● Help resolve customer questions or concerns in a timely manner.
● Build trust with customers through consistent communication and follow-through.
Crew & Job Site Support
● Meet crews on job sites to review scope, expectations, and progress.
● Take pictures throughout the job process.
● Verify that work is being completed according to the job scope.
● Help crews remove obstacles that could slow down production.
● Communicate any job site changes or concerns to the proper team members.
Equipment & Material Coordination
● Coordinate and move equipment as needed.
● Make sure equipment is available and ready for scheduled jobs.
● Assist with equipment maintenance when needed.
● Track job materials and communicate material needs.
● Order concrete when required.
● Help ensure crews have the tools, equipment, and materials needed to complete the job.
Manage Sales team Performance
● Follow up with potential customers and open estimates.
● Make sales list calls as assigned. Responsible for creating 3 to 5 leads per week.
● Help convert estimates into scheduled jobs.
● Communicate clearly with customers about the value of the company’s work.
● Build relationships with customers through professionalism, responsiveness, and follow-through.
● Identify additional work opportunities while on job sites.
● Communicate leads, upsell opportunities, or customer needs to the appropriate team members.
● Track sales activity, customer follow-ups, and estimate status.
● Help maintain a healthy pipeline of future work.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Concrete/Constrution: 5 years (Required)
