Key Responsibilities
- Oversee centralized coordination of student resource functions across campuses
-Primary contract holder for the college’s mental health services, food pantries, and other basic needs partners
- Collaborate across the college to design events and engagement activities that enhance student well-being and increase resource utilization
-Manage laptop lending inventory and coordinate with campus stakeholders to ensure available equipment and streamline processes
-Use multiple different systems (including PeopleSoft, Waitwell, etc.) to track and document resources; work with IR to develop dashboards and monitor performance; analyze data for gaps, needs, and trends
