Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily bakery production activities
- Package, label, and prepare bakery products
- Operate equipment and support production processes
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Follow company safety procedures and production standards
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and complete repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in warm/hot production areas
- Ability to lift and handle materials as needed
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Previous food manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
Pay & Schedule:
- Starting Pay: $14.00–$15.50 per hour
- Overtime available after 40 hours
- Overtime pay approximately $21.00–$22.00 per hour
- Minimum 58 hours per week
- 5-day work schedule
- 12-hour shifts
