Larchwood Health and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate, dependable, and hardworking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. If you are passionate about providing exceptional care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors, we would love to meet you.
As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily care needs while helping create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. CNAs assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents, and work closely with the nursing team to ensure the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities
- Help residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Take and record vital signs
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff
- Assist with meals and hydration
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while preserving dignity and independence
Qualifications:
- Current CNA certification
- Active CPR certification preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate and resident-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
