As we celebrate our 20th Anniversary, we're looking for an experienced Reverse Mortgage Loan Processor who is currently managing a full pipeline of REVERSE mortgage loans from application through closing. We have a fantastic Reverse Processing Team!
Responsibilities:
This position includes a generous monthly bonus program!
- Manage a full pipeline of reverse mortgage loans from application through closing
- Review reverse mortgage loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy. Collect, analyze, and verify borrower income, asset, credit, and property documentation
- Submit complete reverse mortgageloan packages to underwriting and efficiently clear conditions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and other third parties
- Maintain accurate loan information within the Loan Origination System (LOS)
- Ensure compliance with FHA, HUD, investor, and company guidelines
- Monitor pipeline milestones and proactively address issues to keep loans on track
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of recent Reverse Mortgage Loan Processing experience
- Current experience independently managing a full reverse mortgage pipeline
- Strong knowledge of FHA, HUD, and reverse mortgage guidelines
- Experience working with senior borrowers and reverse mortgage products
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Pay: $25.25 - $32.50 per hour
