About the Role
As an AT&T Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with new and existing AT&T customers to introduce AT&T’s latest products and services, help manage customer accounts, and ensure they receive the best experience possible.
This is an entry-level role—no prior sales experience required. We provide comprehensive training on:
- Sales and marketing strategies
- CRM systems and account management
- Product and industry knowledge
This is a full-time, on-site position requiring 5 days of work each week, including weekends as needed. Shift hours are flexible within scheduling needs.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in person to discuss AT&T products and services
- Build relationships with both new and existing AT&T customers
- Assist with account setup, changes, and product selection
- Use CRM tools to manage and track customer accounts
- Apply training to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer experiences
- Collaborate with your team to maximize results
