This position is required to conduct reviews of drainage construction permits as per Section 24-48 of the Code of Miami-Dade County (Class II and Class VI), dewatering permits (Class V), and permits required for work proposed within the Miami-Dade County’s secondary canal system (Class III).
Also, this position is required to review zoning and platting applications, Cut and Fill applications, Surface Water Management General Permit applications (in accordance with the agreement between South Florida Water Management District and Miami-Dade County), and drainage well applications.
