ROBSON & ROBSON P.C. seeks a litigator with more than 10 years’ experience to handle a variety of commercial litigation matters including shareholder and contract disputes, class actions and business torts.
The successful candidate will have:
· J.D. from accredited law school
· Admission to Pennsylvania bar
· Superior research (Westlaw) and writing skills
· Clerkship/law review preferred
· Experience in all phases of motions practice and discovery
· Participation in jury and non-jury trials, arbitrations and mediations (either as lead counsel or second chair)
· Appellate experience desirable but not required
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and to interface directly and effectively with clients, colleagues and opposing counsel
· Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Teams and Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
