Job Description:
Northeast Flooring Solutions is looking for an experienced flooring project manager for our growing commercial flooring company. We specialize in epoxy flooring systems, polished and sealed concrete. We are looking to add a responsible and self-motivated Project Manager who will work closely with our sales staff to successfully complete flooring projects
Requirements for Qualified Applicants:
Candidates must be:
- Reliable
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook as well as QuickBooks)
- Good communicator (verbal and written)
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Work both independently, and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide solution-based recommendations for issues that arise
- Strong focus on quality and customer service
Preferred Experience:
- 2-5 years related experience (flooring project management)
- Leadership experience
- OSHA 10 and 30 Certifications, training will be provided if needed
- In addition to strong English communication skills, proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
