About the Role
At Hughston Homes, we strive to deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first inquiry to closing day. We are seeking an Online Sales Consultant to help grow the online side of our sales program and serve as the first impression most buyers will have of Hughston Homes. In this role, you will respond to leads generated by marketing, build rapport, qualify buyers, and set strong appointments for our onsite sales agents. You are the bridge between marketing and sales, and the face of the buyer's journey before a prospect ever walks into a model home. This position offers a base salary plus a strong bonus structure with unlimited earning potential for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Fast, personalized, friendly response to emails and phone calls.
- Knowledge of all communities.
- Ability to set strong qualified appointments.
- Create relationships with real estate agents.
- Be a strong team player with sales and marketing.
- Work with the prospects to help match them to the best community, needs, wants and desires.
- Tracking analytics and maintaining CRM system.
- Liasson between marketing, sales, and customers.

- Ability to multi-task and manage time well.

- Methodical approach to lead follow-up.
- Quick technology adaptor utilizing customer relationship management software as well as other tools.
- Analytical mind tracking and reporting lead activity and sales conversion ratios.
- Ability to work with a wide range of personality types.
- Past sales experience.
Hours & Salary Range
- This position has a base salary of $40,000 plus commission earning range of $20,000 - $70,000 based on performance
- 40-50 hours per week
- After hours and weekends may be necessary
- Position is Exempt from overtime
Pay: $40,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
