As our Director of Marketing, you'll lead the strategy behind every guest that walks through our doors. You'll combine creativity with data to build brands, increase sales, and maximize marketing ROI across all of our restaurant concepts.
Brand & Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute annual marketing strategies that drive measurable sales growth.
- Position and grow multiple restaurant brands while maintaining each concept's unique identity.
- Lead grand openings, new market launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand partnerships.
- Collaborate with Operations and Executive Leadership to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising
- Manage and optimize paid advertising across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Build full-funnel marketing campaigns focused on guest acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and conversion rates.
- Oversee digital agency relationships and ensure advertising budgets are spent efficiently.
SEO & Website Performance
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and local SEO optimization.
- Optimize Google Business Profiles across all restaurant locations.
- Work with developers to improve website speed, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements based on user behavior.
Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Use Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools to measure campaign success.
- Build executive dashboards and monthly KPI reports.
- Analyze customer behavior, website traffic, conversion funnels, and marketing attribution.
- Make data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and increase profitability.
Social Media & Content
- Oversee social media strategy across all brands.
- Develop engaging content calendars and creative campaigns.
- Manage photography, videography, influencer partnerships, and user-generated content.
- Identify viral opportunities and emerging trends that align with our brands.
Reputation & Guest Experience
- Manage online reputation across Google, Yelp, OpenTable, TripAdvisor, and other review platforms.
- Improve guest engagement through email marketing, SMS campaigns, loyalty programs, and CRM initiatives.
- Develop promotions that increase repeat visits and guest lifetime value.
Leadership
- Lead and mentor the marketing team.
- Manage creative agencies, photographers, videographers, freelancers, and marketing vendors.
- Oversee annual marketing budgets and ensure strong return on investment.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
QualificationsRequired Experience
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, retail, or consumer brands.
- Proven success managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong understanding of SEO, local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and website performance.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Manager.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and analyzing campaign performance.
- Knowledge of email marketing, CRM, loyalty programs, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
- Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
Bonus Points
- Restaurant or hospitality marketing experience.
- Experience with OpenTable, Toast, SevenRooms, or similar hospitality platforms.
- Experience working with influencers and content creators.
- Photography, videography, or creative direction experience.
- Familiarity with AI marketing tools and automation platforms.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
