About the Role
Infinite Defense (makers of Infinity Targets) is seeking a highly analytical, performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our paid media efforts. In this role, you will work directly with the CEO to scale our customer acquisition across multiple advertising platforms.
We are a metrics-obsessed company. You will be held to strict Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) targets, and a high degree of performance is mandatory. While this position is remote, you will be required to meet virtually with the CEO at least once a week to review campaign performance, strategize, and adjust budgets.
Important Note: Infinite Defense operates within the firearms industry. Candidates must be comfortable working with and marketing firearm-related products.Key Responsibilities
- Ad Management: Build, launch, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns across Facebook, Google, and Programmatic advertising networks.
- ROAS Optimization: Aggressively monitor daily performance, reallocating budgets and tweaking targeting to maintain strict return on ad spend requirements.
- Executive Reporting: Meet weekly (at a minimum) with the CEO to report on core KPIs, campaign health, and upcoming growth strategies.
- A/B Testing: Continuously test ad copy, audiences, and landing pages to lower customer acquisition costs.
Required Qualifications
- Proven, measurable experience running profitable Facebook, Google, and Programmatic ad campaigns.
- Deep understanding of tracking, attribution, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where performance metrics (specifically ROAS) dictate success.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Absolutely no issues or personal reservations working with firearms, tactical gear, and defense-related products.
