Job Description:
Since 1984, Sundance Architectural Products, LLC has been employing industry leaders dedicated to providing superior quality turn-key solutions through custom design, manufacturing, and installation of commercial awnings, canopies, solar shade systems, and decorative wall panels. Our specialties include welding, powder coating, and installation.
The fabricator coordinates with the Shop Manager. You'll be in charge of activities to ensure accurate fabrication of products within proper timelines to satisfy clients, in line with quality standards. The fabricator reports to the Shop Manager to accomplish production goals. We’re looking for someone who is strong-minded, goal-oriented, organized, and enthusiastic about meeting deadlines.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Blueprint Reading, Fabrication, Cutting, and welding of aluminum & steel Extrusions.
- Mechanical problem solving
- You will be self-motivated to meet deadlines with quality workmanship
Qualifications: (Must be able to)
- Work 40-45 hours a week
- Comfortably work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortably work within deadlines

- Be self-sufficient and self-reliant
- Have reliable transportation
- Lift and/or push 80lbs occasionally
- Be on your feet for long periods of time

Required Knowledge:
- Blueprint Reading
- Build off of the blueprints
- Means and methods of welding different thicknesses of aluminum/steel
- Being able to use a chop saw, table saw, and circular saw with precision
- Fluency in English
Experience Required
- Minimum 3-5 years of blueprint reading experience
