Position Overview:
As our Customer Care Manager, you'll support existing clients while also helping grow the agency through simple conversations, lead follow-up, and product recommendations. You’ll also have the opportunity to earn your insurance licenses and advance into a licensed team member role!
What You’ll Do:
- Assist clients with policy questions, updates, and service requests
- Support outreach efforts to maintain client retention and boost client referrals
- Follow up on service tasks and help solve problems as they arise
- Prepare for and obtain insurance licenses with our full training and mentorship
- Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries to connect new clients with the right coverage
- Work from agency-provided warm lead lists to support the office's growth goals (NO cold calling required)

- No prior insurance experience required — we provide all necessary training!
