Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical codes and safety standards, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installation tasks.
- Conduct tests using voltmeters and ohmmeters to ensure proper functioning of electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot issues with logic controllers and other electrical components.
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards during all work performed.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on job sites to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or similar role in a commercial setting.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, voltmeters, and ohmmeters.
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and electrical schematics.
- Familiarity with NEC regulations and safety standards related to electrical work.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
