Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Food Runner to join our kitchen team. This role is essential to the day-to-day execution of service, ensuring dishes are prepared consistently, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, and takes pride in producing quality food while being a strong team player.
We are open 7 days a week, so availability for nights, weekends, and most holidays is required. We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute menu items consistently and efficiently during service
- Work assigned station(s), maintaining speed, accuracy, and presentation standards
- Assist with prep work, including ingredient preparation and station setup
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and kitchen areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate effectively with kitchen team and tap room during service
- Assist with restocking and maintaining proper levels of ingredients throughout shifts
- Adapt quickly in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Be open to learning new techniques, menu items, and systems
