**Job Summary:**
We seek a Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Part-time
***Pay varies based on prior experience.
Pay: $17.50 + tip
Shift:
- Day shift and/or night shift
- At least 1 day on weekend
(PLUS) FREE MEAL per shift
**Duties:**
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience
- Help back kitchen with duties like filling up sauce containers and restocking containers when needed
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a food service setting
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively
