Inspired Beauty Brands is a fast-growing haircare company based in NYC looking for a creative, proactive, and digitally fluent Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. In this role, you’ll support a variety of brands by designing assets across multiple touchpoints: email, social media, web and Amazon. You’ll collaborate closely with our Senior Managers and Marketing team to bring our brand stories to life in compelling, high-performing ways.
What You’ll Do:
· Design and build digital marketing assets, including:
- Emails and email templates (Klaviyo)
- Partnering with Social Media Manager to create organic and paid social content
- Website assets (banners, PDP assets, etc.)
- Amazon A+ content and enhanced brand content
· Support and update content across our Shopify websites
· Contribute to digital campaign ideation and rollout
· Light video editing and resizing video edits
· Assist with general marketing collateral such as info cards, retailer decks, presentations, and in-store displays/signage
· Assist with light photo retouching and production design needs
· Maintain asset libraries and styleguides on Frontify for all brands
Requirements and Skills:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
· 2-5 years of professional design experience, preferably in beauty, or consumer goods
· A strong portfolio that showcases clean, on-brand, digitally optimized design
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with video editing and Premier Pro
· Familiarity with digital platforms like Klaviyo, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, and Shopify
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
· Team player with a can-do attitude and strong communication skills
Work Environment:
We operate on a hybrid schedule which requires being in our NYC office two days per week (Wednesdays and Thursdays) to collaborate and connect with the team.
