Alliance Human Services is seeking a licensed and experienced Clinical Supervisor to provide counseling services and oversee all clinical documentation for clients and families served by our not-for-profit agency. This includes implementation of treatment plans and assessments, documentation and chart reviews, and development and implementation of clinical training for staff and foster families. The ideal candidate will be able to problem-solve, make clinically sound decisions, inspire confidence, and facilitate communication while ensuring adherence to professional standards and policies.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy as appropriate.
Provide clinical oversight for case managers and individuals served, ensuring quality and compliance across all services.
Provide clinical supervision and guidance to staff on case management, crisis intervention, and other clinical duties.
Review and approve Individualized Service/Treatment Plans to ensure compliance with licensing, contracts, accreditation, and AHS policies and procedures.
Review and approve Unsupervised Time Assessments, weekly contact notes, safety plans, and behavior plans for clients, ensuring they are complete, clinically sound, individualized, and meet all compliance and regulatory requirements.
Complete, review, and/or approve clinical assessments to ensure all clinical documentation is completed timely, efficiently, and aligned with Medicaid requirements.
Participate in recruitment, hiring, orientation, and training of clinical staff; assist with ongoing in-service training and professional development.
Provide clinical training for foster parents.
Attend and actively participate in weekly staff meetings; assist leadership in meeting facilitation as needed.
Monitor and support staff with electronic recordkeeping and compliance with agency policies and procedures.
Establish, oversee, and participate in on-call duties, serving as the first point of supervisory contact for emergencies.
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with funding sources, regulatory bodies, interagency partners, and consulting professionals (psychiatrists, psychologists, physicians, etc.).
Ensure service delivery adheres to all regulatory, contractual, corporate, and legal requirements, including foster care standards (Title 22, Title 17) when applicable.
Maintain confidentiality, respect human rights, and practice universal precautions.
Perform occasional case management duties based on program needs.
Master’s Degree required, preferably in social work, clinical psychology, counseling, or education
Active licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, LPC, or LMFT required
Minimum of 3 years of related experience providing behavioral services to youth and families
Supervisory experience preferred
Experience in Foster Care and/or Adoption services preferred
Strong documentation and clinical writing skills required
Self-motivated, detailed oriented, ability to multi-task
Flexibility to support youth and families during evenings or weekends as needed
Must have current driver’s license, a safe, registered, working vehicle, and appropriate levels of insurance coverage.
Criminal history must meet or exceed company standards at time of hire and be maintained at this level throughout
