Support one of Treebird's most visible departments while helping keep the whole store running. You'll keep produce fresh, abundant, and well-organized, back up ordering and margin goals, and jump onto the floor — register, stocking, customer service — when the store needs it. A great fit for someone who likes variety and doesn't want to be boxed into one aisle.
What you'll do
- Stock and maintain fresh, abundant produce displays
- Keep rotation, labeling, and freshness standards on point
- Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries
- Place produce orders when delegated by the Produce Manager
- Track waste and help reduce shrink
- Cover the register and cashier during busy periods
- Stock and face product across the store as needed
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service on the floor
What we're looking for
- Grocery or produce experience preferred
- Sharp eye for freshness and detail
- Comfortable cashiering and helping customers
- Flexible — happy to move where the store needs support
- Able to lift and handle product safely
