About the Role
Micharona Consulting helps small and mid-sized businesses respond accurately to cybersecurity, IT, and insurance/vendor risk questionnaires. This contractor role focuses on interviewing clients, understanding their current controls, and drafting clear, accurate responses that reflect reality—not boilerplate.
What You'll Do
- Interpret cybersecurity, IT, and insurance questionnaires for SMB clients.
- Interview client stakeholders to understand their current practices and controls.
- Draft and refine questionnaire responses that are accurate, consistent, and professional.
- Flag gaps or unclear areas for follow-up work (e.g., policies, controls) by the consulting team.
What We're Looking For
- Experience completing security/IT/insurance/vendor questionnaires in real client environments.
- Solid understanding of common control areas (access, backup, incident response, vendor risk, etc.).
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working as a 1099 contractor on part-time, project-based work.
Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
