About the Role:
Roslyn Home Care is seeking a female caregiver with experience supporting children and young adults with disabilities, specifically Autism and developmental delays. This role involves caring for two wonderful clients in Roseville , each with consistent schedules and supportive families.
We’re looking for someone patient, engaging, and confident providing structure, supervision, and gentle guidance.
Client 1:
- Age: 8
- Schedule: Fridays 4:30pm- 7:30pm and Saturdays 1:00pm- 5:00pm
- Diagnoses: Autism, Intellectual Delays
Care Focus:
- Social interaction through activities (puzzles, coloring, walks)
- Supporting continuity from his day program when requested
- Verbal cue reminders for meals and bathroom breaks
- General supervision, comfort, and companionship
Client 2:
- Age: 5
- Schedule: 3 hours, 3 days per week (2:30 PM – 5:30 PM)
- Diagnoses: Developmental Delay, Non Verbal Autism Spectrum Disorder
Care Focus:
- Engaging play and interaction
- Verbal cue reminders for eating and bathroom routines
- General supervision and safety
- Assistance with potty training
Client 3:
- Age: 6
- Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM
- Diagnoses: Autism, Intellectual Delays
Care Focus:
- Social interaction through activities (puzzles, coloring, walks)
- Supporting continuity from his day program when requested
- Verbal cue reminders for meals and bathroom breaks
- General supervision, comfort, and companionship
Requirements:
- Female caregiver
- Experience working with children with disabilities
- Comfortable providing hands-on support and supervision
- Patient, reliable, and engaging personality
- Ability to follow routines and support family goals
- Must pass background check and onboarding requirements
