We are Loren's Auto Repair, a busy independent auto repair shop in Kalispell that has been in business for 40 years. We are looking for someone to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As we continue to grow, we are creating this position to help us continue providing the high level of service our customers expect. This position will be incredibly important in our customers' overall experience.
Some of what this role will be responsible for:
- * Answering the phone and assisting customers
- * Scheduling appointments
- * Helping customers get checked in/out
- * Shuttling customers to/from our shop
- * Picking up parts and running errands
- * Inputting and handling warranty claims
- * Assisting our two Service Advisors
- * Occasionally helping to wash cars in the shop, although this will not be a primary function
Some of what we are looking for:
- * A high care factor (taking care of customers/ making sure the job is done right)
- * A positive attitude
- * A valid driver’s license
- * Ability to type and use a computer
This position will be full-time/permanent. The right candidate may transition into an Assistant Service Advisor role, but this is not required.
Wages are negotiable ($18-$23/hour).
