What You’ll Do
Every day looks a little different, but here’s what you can expect:
- Build genuine relationships with patients and become one of their most trusted healthcare providers.
- Accurately review and dispense prescriptions while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
- Counsel patients on medications, answer questions, and help them understand their treatment plans with confidence.
- Administer vaccines and other clinical services that improve community health.
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to solve medication-related challenges.
- Support our pharmacy technicians and foster a positive, team-first work environment.
- Help manage inventory and ensure medications are available when patients need them.
- Participate in innovative patient care programs and clinical services that go beyond traditional dispensing.
- Stay current on pharmacy regulations and best practices while helping maintain compliance with all state and federal requirements.
- Bring ideas, energy, and a willingness to continually improve the patient experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Active pharmacist license in South Carolina (or ability to obtain one).
- A genuine passion for helping people.
- Strong clinical knowledge and excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills with patients of all ages.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced independent pharmacy where no two days are exactly alike.
- Immunization certification (or willingness to become certified).
- Experience in community pharmacy is preferred, but we’re happy to consider motivated new graduates who share our mission.
