Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing agency, is looking to fill Assembler with a Manufacturing company located in Phoenix, AZ. The client specializes in custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets.
Job Title: Assembler
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:30PM-10:00PM - 10:00PM-6:00AM Mandatory Overtime
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
This is a Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Assembler Responsibilities:
· Assemble products or components following work instructions and safety protocols.
· Perform tasks such as sorting, packaging, labeling, trimming, or pasting manually or with machinery.
· Conduct basic equipment adjustments, routine maintenance, and cleaning.
Assembler Requirements:
· Experience working at a workbench or conveyor line.
· Ability to perform repetitive assembly operations efficiently.
· Preferred: At least 1 year of assembly experience.
· Must be able to pass a tape measure test.
· Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
