This role supports the educational excellence and daily operations of the school by partnering with teachers, families, and the leadership team to create an exceptional learning experience for every child. Responsibilities include coaching and developing teachers, supporting curriculum implementation, conducting classroom observations, assisting with staffing and classroom support, ensuring licensing and Primrose standards are maintained, and helping foster a positive, safe, and engaging school environment.
