- Set up and operate extrusion machinery according to specifications.
- Monitor the extrusion process to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
- Adjust machine settings based on production requirements.
- Maintain accurate production logs and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Forklift experience is a plus
