Concrete Foreman / Experienced Finisher – Immediate Start
Queen City Concrete LLC is urgently hiring an experienced concrete foreman/finisher in the Cincinnati area. We have steady work already scheduled and need someone who can start immediately.
Pay:
$350 per day on setup and preparation days
$400 per day on concrete pour days
Pay may increase based on experience, reliability, and ability to run projects successfully.
Responsibilities:
Run residential concrete job sites and keep the crew productive
Lay out, form, grade, pour, and finish concrete
Read measurements, establish proper elevations, and maintain drainage slopes
Complete driveways, patios, sidewalks, porches, steps, walls, and other concrete work
Operate skid steers, mini excavators, concrete saws, compactors, and other equipment
Direct laborers and ensure work is completed correctly
Communicate with the owner about materials, scheduling, and job progress
Safely manage the job site when the owner leaves to handle quotes, materials, or customer payments
Requirements:
Several years of concrete forming and finishing experience
Must be able to finish concrete without constant supervision
Experience running a concrete crew or job site
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Must show up every scheduled workday and arrive on time
Must be able to safely operate construction equipment
Must be dependable, hardworking, and professional with customers
Must be able to perform physical construction work outdoors
This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who understands concrete work and can take responsibility for completing jobs properly.
Immediate start available. We have multiple projects underway and additional work scheduled.
