Hands on: Cut & Assembly, Framing, Box Truck Delivery, Pack, Crate, Ship: Need both Temporary & Permanent Positions
We are looking experienced Production, Framing & Delivery Associates to support our custom wall décor and framing production team. This is an immediate opening, with the possibility of a long-term position for the right fit.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working with tools, materials, equipment, packing, shipping, and occasional local deliveries. We make common picture frames and unusual custom framing products: Mirrors, Enclosed Cabinets, Fabric Wrapped Boards, Corporate Information Boards, Military Chain of Command Boards.
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities may include:
- Product Fabrication
- Packing and shipping daily product orders
- Stretching canvas art onto stretcher bars
- Cutting, assembling, and handling custom framing materials
- Using power saws, pneumatic equipment, and other production tools
- Moving, lifting, loading, and organizing materials and finished products
- Assisting with residential and commercial deliveries and installations
- Supporting occasional face-to-face customer service in our retail showroom
- Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
Requirements
- Must have prior experience safely using power saws, hand tools, and/or production equipment
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move heavy materials and finished products
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Must be comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to travel for deliveries and installations throughout Southern California, including Orange County, San Diego County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County, and surrounding areas when needed
Experience That Is a Plus
- Cabinet Making and Installation a Big Plus
- Hands on assembly
- Picture Framing Experience
- Forklift experience
- Box truck driving experience
- Framing, woodworking, construction, warehouse, shipping, or production experience
- Delivery or installation experience
- Experience handling finished products carefully to avoid damage

Position Details
