We are partnering with a growing breakfast and lunch restaurant concept to find an experienced General Manager who is passionate about hospitality, team development, and operational excellence.

Position Summary
The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, including operations, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team development. This hands-on leader creates a positive culture while ensuring exceptional food quality, service, cleanliness, and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop managers and hourly team members.
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent.
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience through exceptional hospitality.
- Ensure consistent food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
- Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
- Analyze sales and P&L reports to drive profitability.
- Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of General Manager or senior restaurant management experience.
- Full-service restaurant experience required; breakfast or brunch experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Experience managing P&L, labor, and food costs.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
