Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and techniques.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their desired services and aftercare.
- Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong skills in nail care, including knowledge of various techniques such as body waxing, hair styling, and hair extensions is a plus.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients.
- Experience in retail sales or upselling services/products is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
