Market Pizza is seeking an experienced / passionate pizza professional to join our busy Culver City location. As a Pizza Maker, Baker & Taker, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through the preparation of delicious pizzas and maintaining an efficient kitchen environment.
Duties
- Prepare and cook pizza according to our recipes.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Skills
- Stretching Dough
- Topping Pizzas
- Baking Pizzas, preferably Wood Fired
- Strong understanding of food safety practices.
- Experience in cooking within a fast-paced food service setting, preferably in specialty pizza establishments.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating independence in the kitchen.
- A passion for the food industry with a desire to create exceptional dining experiences for customers.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.65 - $23.00 per hour
