Position Description:

- Support private banking officers on new loans and new accounts
- Monitor daily workflow and operations
- Develop and maintain multiple tracking reports for the department (production, referrals to other units, status monitoring etc.)
- Assist with scheduling meetings, travel and appointments for the team
- Create meeting agendas and take notes for those meetings
- Assist with expense reports
- Data entry and monitoring of the CRM
- Data entry for mortgages, business express loans and commercial/consumer credit cards
- Assist with compliance for mortgages and other loans as necessary
- Scan and secure file transfer for all financials associated with credit processes
- Assist with marketing related activities such as event planning and client tracking
- Notarize loan documents
- Additional projected as needed
Position Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Sense of urgency
- Excellent computer knowledge (including a good understanding of excel)
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Banking and/or mortgage background is a plus
