Position Summary
Innovex International is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious CDL Driver to support our Construction and Completions Division in Grove City, Pennsylvania. This position is responsible for operating company vehicles to transport equipment, materials, and supplies to customer locations, job sites, and company facilities.
In addition to driving responsibilities, this role will support warehouse operations when deliveries are not scheduled. The ideal candidate is a team player who is willing to assist with loading, unloading, inventory management, equipment preparation, and general warehouse duties as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely operate company trucks and equipment in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
- Deliver and pick up equipment, materials, and supplies for the Construction and Completions Division.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle inspection records.
- Secure loads and ensure equipment is transported safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of company vehicles.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks using proper material handling procedures.
- Support warehouse operations, including organizing inventory, staging equipment, and maintaining cleanliness of the facility.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and preparing equipment for customer orders and field operations.
- Communicate effectively with operations personnel regarding delivery schedules, equipment needs, and transportation issues.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures and actively participate in maintaining a safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.
Qualifications
Required
- Valid CDL Class A license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
- Ability to lift and move equipment and materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
- Previous experience delivering industrial, oilfield, construction, or heavy equipment.
- Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
- Experience working in a warehouse or industrial environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment handling.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and climbing.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to safely handle equipment, materials, and tools used in daily operations.
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
