Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls, manage phone etiquette, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Demonstrate organization, effeciency, and effective time management is a plus
- Schedule appointments and manage calls for our patients
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, providing exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Skills
- Cloud9 a PLUS
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent data entry capabilities with attention to detail.
Previous experience as Receptionist and Bilingual is PLUS
- Outstanding phone etiquette to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- Competency in computerized systems for efficient operation management.
- Solid organizational skills to maintain an orderly workflow at the front desk.
- Experience in clerical work to support administrative tasks as needed.
