Direct Support Professional
Complete Homecare PA is hiring Direct Support Professionals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our residential programs.
This is meaningful work. It is also real work. We are looking for dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented people who want to help individuals live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their homes and communities.
What You’ll Do:
As a DSP, you will support individuals with daily living skills, personal care, meals, medication reminders, transportation, appointments, community activities, household routines, and emotional/behavioral support as needed. You’ll also help create a home environment that feels respectful, clean, safe, and person-centered.
This role is a great fit for someone who is patient, reliable, emotionally steady, and able to treat people with kindness while still following structure, documentation requirements, and care plans.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Is dependable and shows up when scheduled
Communicates well with teammates and supervisors
Can follow written plans, routines, and instructions
Is comfortable supporting personal care needs
Can remain calm and respectful during challenging moments
Understands that this work is about dignity, safety, and quality of life
Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Can complete required background checks and training
Experience is helpful, but not always required. We provide paid training for the right person.

Available Shifts:
We are hiring for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions. Evening, overnight, and weekend availability is especially helpful.
Pay:
Starting pay is based on shift, experience, and program need. Additional differentials may apply for specific shifts.
