Description
The Senior Residency Program Coordinator is responsible for managing a wide range of programmatic and operational activities for two ACGME-accredited residency training programs within the Departments of Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN) and Urology. Working in partnership with the Residency Program Coordinator, this role provides comprehensive support to more than 66 residents and serves as the primary liaison for Program Directors, Site Directors, faculty, and the Graduate Medical Education (GME) Office on all residency program matters.
The individual in this role will also join a collaborative Medical Education team of nine members, contributing to a shared mission of supporting medical student, residency, and fellowship programs. Annual Salary Range: $70,900.00 – $145,200.00. Please note, the department’s target salary range is $70,900.00 – $85,000.00.
