At Impex Auto Sales, our Service Department is growing, and we're looking for someone
who thrives in a fast-paced environment where every day is different.
This isn't just another office job. You'll become the quarterback behind the scenes, helping
our technicians, advisors, sales department, and customers stay connected while ensuring
every repair order and internal work order moves efficiently from start to finish.
What You'll Do
Manage repair orders from beginning to completion
Coordinate internal sales department work orders
Communicate with technicians, service advisors, and customers
Keep repairs moving and eliminate bottlenecks
Track vehicle progress and provide updates
Help schedule repairs and coordinate workflow
Verify documentation for accuracy
Become an essential part of one of the busiest departments in the dealership

Dealertrack DMS or other DMS experience
Service department experience
Repair order experience
Administrative or scheduling experience
