ARCH Orthodontics is seeking a friendly, motivated, and reliable Orthodontic Assistant to support our Westwood and Hyde Park locations. We are looking for a Licensed Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is committed to providing an outstanding patient experience.
Requirements

Must hold a current Massachusetts Dental Assistant License

X-ray certification required

Orthodontic assisting experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with a team
Responsibilities

Assist the orthodontist during patient procedures and appointments

Take digital X-rays, scans, and patient records

Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms

Educate patients on orthodontic appliances and oral hygiene

Maintain accurate patient documentation

Help create a welcoming, positive, and efficient office environment
