We're Hiring: Office Assistant
We're excited to welcome a friendly, organized Office Assistant to our team! We are looking for a seasonal position assistant, to join us during our busy Open Enrollment period. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being part of a supportive workplace where your contributions make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Welcome visitors and answer phone calls with a warm, positive attitude.
- Process health insurance enrollments.
- Respond to emails and help keep communication organized and running smoothly.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Pitch in wherever needed to support the team and help special projects succeed.
What We're Looking For
- A dependable, organized individual with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Someone who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous office experience is a plus, but we're happy to train someone with a willingness to learn!
