Duties
- Respond swiftly to maintenance requests from residents, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
- Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Support resident relations by providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns professionally, and ensuring their satisfaction with maintenance services.
- After hours on-call will be required on a rotating schedule.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or residential property management.
- Skilled in residential carpentry, plumbing, and general repair techniques.
- Ability to use software for work order management and record keeping.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
