Combat Iron Apparel is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Production Associates to join our warehouse team. Production Associates are responsible for transforming incoming apparel into finished goods by tagging, bagging, labeling, and preparing products for inventory and customer fulfillment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare apparel for sale by tagging, labeling, folding, bagging, and packaging products according to company standards.
- Verify product styles, colors, sizes, and quantities during production.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet Combat Iron Apparel's standards before entering inventory.
- Maintain production speed while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Organize completed products for transfer into warehouse inventory.
- Keep production workstations clean, organized, and efficient.
- Work closely with warehouse leadership to meet daily production goals.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Perform other production and warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, or fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
