Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Google & Meta Ads Manager to develop, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate is results-driven, analytical, and has excellent phone communication skills to speak with clients, explain campaign performance, and provide exceptional customer service. Also assisting with phone calls and office tasks when requested.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Local Services Ads).
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API (CAPI).
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend effectively across platforms.
- Communicate with clients by phone to discuss campaign strategy, performance, and recommendations.
- Answer client questions professionally and provide outstanding customer service.
- Stay current on Google Ads and Meta Ads platform updates, best practices, and new features.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Experience with keyword research, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Excellent verbal communication and phone skills.
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification and/or Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Media Buying Professional certification.
- Experience with local lead generation, service-based businesses, and e-commerce advertising.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, call tracking software, and marketing automation platforms.
